岗位职责：
1、带领员工认真做好餐前准备，确保质量标准；
2、正式开餐后，督导服务员认真做好服务工作并亲自参加服务工作；
3、及时跟踪、检查台面，对不合格的地方进行指正、改正；
4、及时对餐台上菜速度、情况了解，及时催菜；
5、餐后组织服务员及时清台，整理好餐厅桌椅卫生，保持餐厅整洁和环境良好；
6、督导服务员认真落实酒店与部门规章制度；
7、搞好本班组与其他班组的协调；
8、做好班组员工考勤、培训工作。
任职资格：
1、初中以上文化程度，形象气质佳；
2、熟悉餐厅管理和服务方面的知识，具有熟练的服务技能；
3、有较高的处理餐厅突发事件的应变能力及对客沟通能力；
4、热爱服务工作，工作踏实、认真，有较强的事业心和责任感。
语言能力：中国普通话-熟练年龄要求：20-35岁
