岗位职责/职位描述

【职位描述】
Conducts daily pre-shift briefings to employees on room occupancy, arrival and departures, functions/ event and special attention that is needed.

组织每天所在班次的例会,宣布每天的住房率、到店客人、离店客人、发生的各种一般尤其是特殊事件。

Liaises with Housekeeping and other related departments on daily operations.

在日常的工作运行中与客房部及其他各部门保持紧密的联系。

Handles guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and reports guest complaints or problems to Front Office Manager for necessary action and assure follow up with guests.

礼貌并高效的处理客人的要求及投诉,需要时要向前厅部经理汇报,并且确保及时跟进。

Establishes a rapport with guests, maintaining good customer relationship.

与客人建立并保持良好的宾客关系。

Ensures that the cashiering procedures are strictly adhered to and that all floats are used appropriately in accordance to Policies & Procedures set by the Hotel and personnel with access to floats comply with internal Policies & Procedures established by Finance.

确保收银程序能按照严格的标准执行,确保每一个程序符合酒店内部及财务部所制定的政策及程序要求。

Coordinates all Repair and Maintenance and issues repair and maintenance job orders to ensure proper maintenance.

协调好各种修葺及维护工作以确保酒店财产的正常维护。

To exercise initiative and resourcefulness in all aspects of group handling and to co-ordinate and co-operate with Sales, Rooms and F&B departments in all arrangements.

在团队的接待工作中发挥主动性及创造性,协调好与销售部、餐饮部及其他部门之间的合作。

To promote and secure business for our hotel, special events, promotions, Outlets and other business.

积极地宣传酒店各种特殊计划、营销手段、新辟市场及其他商业手段并确保各种途径的安全运行。

To exemplify and instil upon the employee entrepreneurship/ ownership and a sales attitude to maintain awareness of all sales opportunities within the Hotel.

向员工灌输时刻保持主人翁精神,把握每次对客的销售机会,并在传授的过程中身体力行。

To ensure that all staff is constantly updated on accurate information about the Hotel and all sister properties, their services/ promotions and facilities in order to cross sell the Hotels.

确保每一个员工能时刻掌握本酒店及各其他姐妹酒店的实事动态,以实现交叉销售。

Ensures services provided by the Front Office employees are always available and are always carried out to define Standard with the utmost efficiency, consistency and courtesy as detailed in the Departmental Operations Manual.

确保宾客服务员始终提供所需的服务,并按照部门营运手册的要求提供快捷、持
续、礼貌且符合标准的服务。

Attends and contributes to all Meetings as required.

按要求出席所有酒店/部门会议。

Ensures all employees provide courteous and professional service at all times.

确保所有宾客服务员始终提供礼貌且专业的服务。

Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found.

礼貌且高效地处理客人及员工的要求,遇到投诉或问题,如不能马上找到解决办法,要向上级报告。

Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in employee and industrial relations, understanding and strictly adhering to Rules & Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health & safety.

了解关于员工及行业关系的法律、法规,理解并严格遵守员工手册中的规章制度,及酒店关于防火、卫生、健康和安全的制度。

Is actively involved in the welfare, safety, development and well-being of employees providing advice, counselling and truthful, diplomatic feedback.

积极参与员工福利、安全、发展及健康的活动,并给予建议、咨询和真实、恰当的反馈。

Ensures high standards of personal presentation & grooming.

确保始终都有高标准的个人形象和仪容仪表。

Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

与客人和同事保持基于良好工作关系的接触。

Exercises responsible management and behaviour at all times and positively representing the Hotel Management Team and Hyatt International.

在任何时间表现负责的管理和行为,并以积极的形象代表酒店管理团队和凯悦国际。

Responds to requests to undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties and to changes as dictated by the Hotel, industry and company.

根据酒店、行业和公司的指引,回应需求、改变,执行任何合理的任务及额外职责。


【任职要求】
1. 具有一定的英语基础,形象气质佳,普通话标准;
Have a certain English foundation, good image and temperament, standard Mandarin;

2. 大专或以上学历;
College degree or above;

3. 工作主动性强,学习性强,耐心细致,有责任心;
Strong work initiative, learning wall, patient and meticulous, and responsible;
