岗位职责
Job Responsibilities
1.按照酒店规程清扫客房,及时补充客房用品,控制物料消耗。
Clean the guest rooms in accordance with the hotel regulations, replenish the room supplies in time, and control the consumption of materials.
2.发现房间设备损坏,地毯、墙纸污迹应做好记录,及时通知客房中心。
If the room equipment is found to be damaged, the carpet and wallpaper stains should be recorded, and the room center should be notified in time.
3.严格执行安全制度,确保客房安全。
Strictly implement the security system to ensure the safety of guest rooms.
4.及时反馈宾客信息和意见。
Provide timely feedback of guest information and opinions.
5.在早班不在时协助楼层完成对客服务工作和相关后勤保障工作。
Assist the floor to complete the customer service work and related logistics support work when the morning shift is not available.
6.完成领导交办的其它工作任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
