1. 协助管事经理监督部门的每日正常运转。在所有的食品生产服务区域维持高水平的卫生质量。管理控制仓库的物品以及发放所有瓷器、银器、玻璃器皿等所有部门需要的相关设备。确保餐饮部门有足够的设备已充分履行职责。
Assist Chief Steward to supervise day-to-day operation of stewarding department. To maintain high level of maintenance and sanitation in all food production service areas. Control store room orders and issue of all china, silver, glass and all related equipment for the department needs. Ensure all F&B department have sufficient equipment to perform adequately.
2. 确保在管事经理不在时,管事部的正常运转
Assume full responsibility of Stewarding department in absence of Chief Steward.
3. 遵循当地规章制度,酒店关于健康、安全以及其他要求的标准,同时遵守品牌标准以及政策程序
Adhere to local regulations and hotel standards concerning health, safety or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards, policies and procedures.
4. 监督质量管理体系的实施
Monitor the implementation of quality management systems
5. 监督管理破损情况,制定相关报告,采取必要行动以控制和减少破损
Monitor breakages, produce related reports and take necessary actions to improve control and reduce amount of breakages
6. 根据酒店政策和部门需要对库存进行盘点
Conducts stock inventory as per hotel policy and department needs.
