1.  To manage and coordinate all events that will take place, ensuring that all functions
     are successfully executed, ensuring maximum guest and employee satisfaction
     consistent with Kempinski Standards

2. To organize unique events, making the location an exciting entertainment venue 
    and a successful profit center through planning, organizing, directing, training
    and liaising with the Food & Beverage operation and administration
    通过计划，组织，培训和餐饮管理，组织独特的事件，使活动更有意义而且成功的
    达到利润
3.  To ensure that all the events are managed efficiently according to the established
     business, budget and marketing plan, following Kempinski Hotel SOP
     根据凯宾斯基标准的执行程序通过建立商业，预算，市场计划以确保所有活动都
     成功有效地执行
4.  To plan, organize and promote unique events and milestones together with outlet
     manager.
     策划，组织和推动，与经理负责视听，独特的活动
5.  To ensure an accurate Entertainment and Events Schedule is kept and discuss it 
      with Sales & Marketing Director on a weekly basis. 
     每周与销售总监讨论并决定正确的活动和项目安排
QUALIFICATIONS:
1.   High School Diploma, Higher College Education
      高中学历或大学学历
2.   Extensive experience in international five star hotel industry or entertainment
      industry.
      在5星级酒店或相关行业有相关的经验
3.   Problem solving & decision making
      解决问题和决策能力
4.   Concern for quality
      关注质量
5.   Good communication skills
      优秀的沟通能能力
