职位描述
- Supervises the day-to-day operations of one Function Room/Area to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, standards and aiming at satisfying and exceeding the clients’ expectations
管理宴会厅内一个会议厅的每日运营工作,确保按照标准,程序为客人提供舒适满意的服务,已达到客人所期待的服务标准
- Coordinates and supervises the work of subordinates, ensure there are an adequate number of staffs on duty for one Function Room/Area based on the forecast
向下级员工分配工作,并做好协调工作,确保按照预算需求合理分配一个会议厅员工的工作
- Inspects one Function Room/Area, to ensure that the physical facilities and equipments are well kept and that and that coordinating the cleaning and maintenance and reporting for repairs and other services such as linen laundering adhere to, all health and safety regulations, plants servicing, etc.
检查一个会议厅区域,硬件设施设备完善,符合环保标准,安全政策,做好长期清洁和维护保养工作。及时向上级报告所需维修项目事宜以及其它相关服务工作,如布草洗涤,植物维护服务等
- Maintains high visibility during function service in order to ensure smooth running of operations in one service section of the Function Room/Area, promotes good public relations, reporting customers’ complaints to Banquet Service assistant or Banquet Service manager to ensure the guest satisfaction
在宴会厅营业期间,关注一个会议厅服务区客人就餐情况确保运转正常,创建良好公共关系,及时向宴会服务部副经理或经理上报客人投诉,以确保客人用餐满意
- Coordinates the service activities with the kitchen in order to achieve a timely delivery of food whilst ensuring effective communication with kitchen staff.
在服务活动中与厨房合作,确保高效率完成客人的食品订单
- Inspects guests’ orders,Ensure guests’ orders in a timely manner whilst verifying that all items are prepared according to guests’ requests and standards, offering a friendly and caring service at all time
检查客人订单,确保客人的点单及时有效的送至相关人员进行制作,并确认所有的菜品及酒水按照客人的要求为客人做好准备。随时随刻为客人提供友善的服务
- Keeps a discreet eye on the guests to ensure they are satisfied with the food and service in one service section of the Function Room/Area, anticipates and responds to any additional requests and to determine when the course/meal has been completed.
时刻关注一个会议厅服务区域客人的需求,保持与客人的眼神交流。确保客人在用餐过程中,对我们的食品和服务满意,预测和回应客人所提出的其它问题并作出决定
- During higher occupancy of the Banquet Service, assists with leading and seating the guests, serving of food and beverage, presenting the check and providing the service within guests’ needs according to the hotel standard
在宴会厅旺季的时候,协助其他员工引领客人入座,为客人服务食品和酒水,为客人提供账单,并根据客人需求,按照饭店服务标准为客人提供服务
