Qualifications:
·     不断鼓励团队以保持宾客关系的良性循环并且是团队成员充分意识到宾客关系的重要性
Teach and continuously energize the Guest Relations processes and the importance of this throughout the property
·     不断探索完善宾客关系的方法，并且对酒店其他部门在提高宾客服务方面给予协助及支持
Look for ways to continuously improve the Guest Relation process and provide lateral service to other departments to assist them with enhancements to the Guest Relation process
·     确保酒店各相关部门在宾客抵达之前做好接待准备
Ensure the property has a pre-planning process in place to contact guests prior to arrival.
·     确保宾客受到热情的欢迎及愉快的告别
Contribute to the warm welcome and fond farewell process
·     适当时协助处理问题

Ability to think clearly, quickly, maintain concentration and make decisions
·     能够和宾客良性沟通交流
Ability to interact and engage with all guests
·     负责客人信息安全和保密
Ability to ensure security and confidentiality of all guest information and pertinent property data
·     能及时掌握酒店，产品知识以及各部门的运营时间
Ability to maintain knowledge of property features and information, i.e., services hours of operation, etc
