1.协助新员工的培训工作。 
2.控制通讯名录并保证不断更新。 
3.同客户保持良好的商业关系。 
4.针对团队，散客，会议及宴会生意信息开展电话销售、访问、邮寄等销售活动。 
5.确认所有的预定单（包括宴会与会议）被准确无误地在销售部与宴会之间进行沟通并生效。 
6.保证对所有的来信和电话询问都进行有效的处理,建立一种令人愉快的工作关系。
7.记录客户对于酒店发展的建议和最新的信息。 
8.熟悉酒店电脑及数据系统的运作和应用程序。
9.确定并保持对“销售及餐饮”等酒店电脑系统软件的有效运用。 
10.注意整个酒店尤其是主要部门的运作（前厅部、客房部、餐饮部、宴会厅等）。 
11.密切关注涉及竞争对手酒店的事宜（位置、常规价格、服务－偶尔或经常需要的）。 
12.通过经常宴请、参观酒店、介绍酒店等活动宣传饭店。 
13.维护酒店的正面形象。 

1.Assist in conduct training to new staff.
2.Control mailing list and ensure it updated constantly.
3.Maintain good business relationship with all producers.
4.Conduct sales campaign by direct sales call / visits/mailing for group, meeting and banquets from all sources for bookings and leads.
5.Make sure all booking orders (banquet/meetings) are correctly instructed for effective communication between sales and banquet operation.
6.Ensure all incoming correspondence and telephone enquiries are handled with efficiency and great care to build up a pleasant working relationship.
7.Keep clients advised of latest information regarding hotel’s development.
8.The Sales Manager is familiar with the operation and application of the hotel's computer / data processing system.
9.Ensure the implementation and utilization of in-house software especially the “sales and catering”, use it efficiently and maintain its application
10.Keep well informed about the operations especially in essential departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Banqueting etc.).
11.Closely observe matters pertaining to competition (sites, prices, services offered on a regular basis - quarterly or more often if need be).
12.Promotes the hotel as often as possible through entertaining，conducting, site inspections, presentations etc. of the hotel.
13.At all times, promote a positive image of the hotel in all forms of contact.
