根据工作安排进行日常操作,在规定的时间内完成行政管家指派的工作。
每天检查楼层和客房,尤其是VIP房间,抽样检查空房和入住的房间,确保最高的清洁质量。
协助监督并管理客房部关于工作人员及客人健康和安全的规定,如失物招领、钥匙管理、安全和紧急情况以及环境保护的工作程序。
全面负责客房楼层该区域并且控制失物招领,确保可以按照适当的程序正确进行。
与部门内部以及其他部门保持舒畅的沟通。
掌握所有设备的操作方法,培训员工安全工作和正确的操作方式。
跟进仪器保修和用品库存。
确保所有客人喜好记录以及VIP资料都精确的更新。
确保所有的员工都遵守为回头客、长住客、贵宾以及有特别需求和残疾人服务的特定的程序。
与住店客人和外客建立成功的关系,并赢得他们的信任和尊重。
对客人的投诉要迅速回应并且确保彻底跟进来保证客人满意度。
建立有熟练完善工作技巧和有激情的大使团队。为大使提供详细,精确,及时的反馈,有效地训练大使。委派工作已建立技巧。

积极参与每月财政预算案。准备年度收入预算和成本预算;为年度资金需求提供可靠的建议。
确保所有的月末统计表和总结报告都及时更新并上交。
协助准备年度预算,了解当年的实际客房成本,清洁剂、机器、制服、布草、鲜花的消耗费用。

To assist the Executive Housekeeper oversees the operation and management of entire Housekeeping department which includes Guest Floor, Public Area as well as Laundry.
Under the direct supervision of the Executive Housekeeper, to assists in planning organizing, directing and controlling all Housekeeping activities, maintaining the established standards of cleanliness, orderliness and attractive condition of the public areas and heart of the house areas.
Running Daily Operations according to assignment, complete job assigned by Executive Housekeeper on time.
Check guest floors daily. Inspect VIP rooms, spot check occupied and vacant rooms, to ensure that maximum cleanliness and standards are maintained.
Assist in monitoring and controlling Housekeeping procedures including Lost and Found, key control, security and emergency procedures, health and safety for employees and guests.
Oversee the Housekeeping coordinator area and take control of the Lost and Found items ensuring items are properly handed according to procedure.
Keep regular smooth and effective communication within department and with other department.
Knows how to operate all of the equipment and train the Ambassadors in safety manner.
Follow up with maintenance of equipment, supplies stock inventory.
Ensure guest preferences, VIP file are keep up to date.
Ensure all the proper procedures for servicing of return, long stay, VIP, special attention and physically challenged guests are carrying out by all Ambassadors.
Establishes and maintains effective relationships with both internal and external customers and gains their trust and respect.
Promptly responds to guests complaints and ensures thorough follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
Builds motivated teams with strong, complementary skills. Provide details, specific and timely feedback to Ambassador, effectively coach’s Ambassador. Delegates work to build skills.
Conduct effective department meetings & daily training. Appropriately communication and completes any action items.
Implements appropriate training methods to ensure the standards are known and able to be performed by all Ambassadors. Proactively seeks out creative solutions to training needs.
Handling Ambassadors’ performance and counseling. Deals effectively with Ambassador who is under performance.
Participate in conducting yearly performance evaluation ensuring reviews are completed in a timely manner.
Consistently monitors and effectively manages expenses; closely monitors purchase requests and checks the consumption.
Developing and maintaining the inventory system for the purchase of all Housekeeping supplies. Ensure that consumptions are under control.
Responsible for the monthly exchange of mini bar items, both spoilage and soon to be expired items. Spot check the service pantries, par stock to ensure that there is no overage or shortage of items
Actively participates in monthly forecasting of expense and revenues. Prepares the annual budget for revenue and costs; offers sound proposals for annual capital requirements.
Ensure all month end statistic and summary reports are update and submit in time.
Assists in preparing the annual budget by keeping track of actual costs for the current and previous years of expenses for guestroom and cleaning supplies and equipment, uniforms, linen and flowers.
Find solutions to challenges while remaining unflappable.
