岗位职责/Job Responsibilities
-  全面负责健身中心和水疗的正常运营；   
   Responsible for the operation of the Health Club & Spa;
-  维护健身中心设备；
   Keep equipment in good condition;
-  负责管理部门所有相关材料和资产的货物、请购、库存、储存和成本有效使用的能力, 并按标准确保操作的顺利进行；
   The ability to be responsible for the administration of goods, requisitions, inventories, storage and cost effective usage of all department related materials and assets, according to Standards to ensure smooth operation;
-  管理员工培训和发展；
   Implement colleagues training and development;
-  给予所管辖的员工以不断的建议和支持；
   Provide ongoing advice, support and certification to colleagues under your supervision;
-  确保客人需求和合理要求被满足；
   Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met;
-  通过记录客人的评论并以此为实践，不断地寻找机会发展对客服务。
   Seek opportunities to continually improve guest service.

岗位要求/Job Requirements
-  2年以上同等岗位品牌酒店工作经验。
   Minimum 2 years working experience with same position in Brand Hotel.
-  熟练使用微软办公软件和前台系统。
   Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System.
-  具有解决问题和组织能力。
   Problem solving and organizational abilities.
