职位描述

• Assists the Training Manager in the preparation and implementation of all training programs.
协助培训经理完成所有培训课程的准备和实施。
• Assists the Training Manager in the preparation of weekly and monthly training schedules and monthly training report. 
协助培训经理制定周/月培训计划,及准备月度培训报告。
• Familiars with all the SOP and P&P of hotel and assists departmental trainers to plan and conduct on-the-job training. 
熟悉酒店的所有标准运作程序和规章制度,协助部门培训员计划和实施在职培训。
• Assists the Training Manager in checking that all departmental trainings in departments are conducted in a professional manner and according to instructions issued by the Training Manager.
协助培训经理检查是否所有部门培训以专业的方式实施,是否符合培训经理的指示和要求。
• Collects training needs from associates of departments and assists Departmental Trainers in to develop appropriate training plan. 
搜集酒店员工的培训需求,协助部门培训员制定培训计划。
Reviews training policies, procedures and practices. Recommends improvement to the Training Manager. 
研究培训制度、培训程序和培训活动方案。向培训经理提出改进建议。
• Monitors present and future training trends, practices and system that are beneficial for hotel associates and recommends to the Training Manager for implementation. 
留意培训的发展趋势,关注对员工有益的培训活动和培训系统,向培训经理提出完善和改进建议。
• Disseminate information regarding training activities, special skill improvement programs. 
向员工宣传各项培训活动以及特定的培训课程。
• Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned. 
履行其它相关职责和被分派的特殊工作。
• Assist Training Manager organize staff activities and team building
