Duties & Responsibilities
职责义务
1.  To execute all works assigned in accordance with the guideline and polices and procedures, especially in relation to fire and life safety.
按照饭店指导原则，规定和标准程序开展工作，特别要注意与消防生命安全程序的有关项目。
2.  To execute preventive maintenance and repair in accordance with the guideline by engineer and
 manufacturer's recommendations.
开展预防维护工作以及按照工程师的指令和生产商建议维修设备。。
3.  To perform emergency duties as per outlined under emergency procedure.
在紧急情况下按照紧急程序开展工作
4. To familiar with all the electrical power distribution and lighting systems, its operating requirement and characteristics, so as to operate in strict compliance with requirement
了解掌握饭店配电和灯光系统以及设备的运行要求和特性，严格按照设备要求和特性操作设备
5.  To attend on the job training
进行在岗培训
6.  To practice SGSS  during course of duty.
在工作中执行安岚顾客满意标准
7.To attend to guest request and complaints promptly and efficiently to avoid inconvenience or discomfort
对客人要求和投诉及时做出反应避免造成客人不便或不安
8.To practice and make recommendations to engineer on energy conservation improvement
在节能方面进行执行和提出合理改良建议
9．To perform all other duties as may be assigned by Chief Engineer， Asst. Chief Engineer.
执行总工程师，副总工程师安排的其它工作
10.To assist the other trades where is requested
必要时帮助工程部其它工种组工作
11. To inspect all electrical systems and make operation status records as per inspection list. To correct and report operation deficiency, unusual events and safety hazards conditions to engineer. To constantly assess the preventive maintenance schedule, method of maintenance, to ensure that equipment longevity, avoidance of repairs and down time, ease of operation, and efficiency are all being maximized pursuant to manufacturing recommendations
按照工作检查表检查强电设备运行情况并做好记录工作。维修和上报设备运行缺陷，不寻常的运行情况和安全隐患。经常回顾预防维修检查表和维护方式，保证设备长期稳定的运行，避免紧急修理和故障停机，安全运行，和根据生产手册高效运行
12. To maintain tools and equipment properly and keep the workplace cleans and tidy.
保持维修工具，设备和工作区域的清洁。
13. To perform shift and overtime duties when necessary.
开展本班次工作和必要时延时工。
14. To coordinate with property and electrical bureau for power switching and annual inspection and instruments calibration..
做好饭店和电业局的协调工作，保证饭店电力转换，年检和设备检定工作。
15. To monitor preventive maintenance works done by elevator/escalator contractors..
对电梯/扶梯维修人员工作进行管理。
16. .Abide by the Chedi Code of Conduct..
