We are looking for a Director of Sales and Marketing
As a Director of Sales and Marketing, we rely on you to
1. Be responsible for all hotel Sales & Marketing functions
2. Maximize total hotel revenue market share and optimize profit return
3. Lead the sales team in design and implementation of sales strategy with an objective to maximise hotel revenue
4. Participate in business reviews and annual budget process
5. Take responsibility for overall branding, revenue and sales channels optimisation of the hotel
We are looking for someone who
Track records of meeting and exceeding budgeted revenue targets;
10 years hospitality experience and 2+ years as Director of Sales or Director of Marketing;
Familiar with Catering, Reservations, PR and Revenue Management;
Passionate about achieving goals;
Able to lead and drive the sales/marketing team to deliver results;
Able to work with other division heads;
