岗位职责：
1.Identify sources of group business for the hotel and establish solicitation programs to maximize sales.
2. Manage Key Accounts and National Accounts.
3. Identifies the potential markets/accounts/industries and ensures proper coverage and develops relationships with them.
4. Implements all sales action plans related to the respective market as outlined in the Marketing Plan. Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to the Marketing budget.
5. In conjunction with the DOSM and other department heads, maximize room’s inventory and catering space, identify opportunities for focused sales programs.
6. Assists the DOSM in the forecasting of rooms revenue and ATR for Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. / LSG (Long Staying Guests) groups.
7. To do the work under GM's instruction directly. Comprehend the intent accurately and accomplish each task successfully according to the standard.

岗位要求：
1. Maturity looking;
2. CET-6 preferred;
3. Similar position in an international hotel, familiar with Shanghai /Beijing MICE market；
4. Familiar with Opera System.
