职位描述：
1.能源及水电煤等的管理，保证酒店所有系统的不断的正常运作；
2.维修和保养，对安全设备和消防报警系统进行定期检查；
3.消防人身/食品安全，确保所有工程部的工作符合消防安全手册及要求，采取积极主动地工作方式参与所有与酒店食品安全管理体系有关的工作；
4.行政，计划、组织、指挥、控制和监督班内员工的工作，确保做好本职工作；
5.当工作需要时，随时服从加班或换班的安排。
岗位职责：
1. 身体健康、口齿清晰；
2. 酒店工程部设备管理工作经验3年以上；
3. 有强电、锅炉等工作证件；
4. 工作主动、有责任心；
5. 有一定的电脑知识。
