Job Description

Recruitment

·Oversee the recruitment progress and procedures to ensure that qualified candidates can be attracted to cope with the continuous upgrading program.

·Expedite recruitment of management colleague (both local and overseas hired).

Employment

·Update and advise management on employment and related legislation requirements and ensure the compliance.

Compensation & Benefits

·Conduct research on market trend and practice, and advise management and group on necessary review (e.g. Annual Salary Review of Periodic Review if necessary).

·Review and develop a comprehensive remuneration package including bonus, medical coverage, retirement benefits, and colleague facilities and ensure that it is competitive enough to retain/attract existing colleagues/applicants.

·Fit into appropriate salary levels on appointment, transfer and promotion.

Performance Appraisal

·Ensure hourly performance appraisal processes are in place

·Review current performance of each colleague, identify training needs to bridge the gaps to develop colleagues with potential.

Employment Relations/Communications

·Ensure effective colleague communication channels are established and active in.

·Utilize Policies and Procedures to address colleague problems or concerns in a timely manner

·Handle all labour dispute cases.

·Handle all colleagues grievances and complaints.

·Enforce disciplinary action on colleagues who violates House Rules and Regulations. ·

Personnel Record

·Ensure that all personal files and records (e.g. associates records, personal profiles, performance management records, disciplinary records, etc.) are carefully stored, updated and accurate at all time.

Qualifications

·Minimum 5 years' experience in Human Resources (Personnel & Training) Management with International Hotels.

·Familiar with Local and International Culture and strong in interpersonal skill
