Handle accommodation requests处理住宿申请
Reply general enquiries, draftletters, memos and facsimiles回复一般询问、起草信函、备忘录和传真
Take meeting minutes whererequired or assigned by GM根据总经理的要求或指派，做好会议记录
Take minutes for thosemeetings chaired by General Manager为总经理主持的会议做记录
Maintain a systematic filingsystem by filing all correspondence under subjects in chronological order foreasy reference 按时间顺序将所有相关资料归档在相应主题下，以便于参考，从而保持系统的归档体系。
Organize GM’s daily diary andarrange appointments independently 整理总经理的每日工作日志，并独立安排预约。
Answer all phone calls in theGM’s Office projecting a pleasant telephone manner以友好宜人的电话礼仪接听总经理办公室的所有电话
Screen and categories dailyincoming mails and facsimiles筛查每天收到的邮件和传真并加以分类
Ensure proper and efficientdistribution of internal and external correspondence 确保正确有效地分配内部和外部的往来通信
Make travel arrangements forGeneral Manager: arrange air tickets, accommodation and transportation applyvisa, prepare traveler cheque requisition and exchange of local currencies,prepare expense report upon GM’s return 为总经理安排差旅：安排机票、住宿和交通，申请签证，准备旅行支票申请和当地货币兑换，在总经理返回时准备费用报告
Perform other duties asassigned. 履行指派的其他职责。
