Performing General Cashier function such as cash counting, banking of daily receipts, distributing daily cash flow and petty cash and record-keeping activities. The General Cashier is responsible for timely and accurate deposition of cash on a daily basis.
履行总出纳的职责，如清点现金，将每日收入存入银行，分配每日的流动资金和零用金报销，做好记录等等。总出纳负责及时准确地将所有现金每天存入银行；

Responsible for proper handling of daily cash flow and receipts.
负责恰当处理每日的流动资金和收到的款项。


Collect, count and receipt of all money in different currencies submitted by all cashiers.
收集、清点和收取所有收银员交纳的各种货币形式的款项。

Collect and count various currencies submitted by Money Changers and also arrange for the foreign currencies exchange and travel cheques with Hotel’s designated bank.
收集和清点兑换处的各种外汇，同时安排好向酒店指定的银行兑换外汇，及兑现旅行支票。


Prepare and make daily bank deposits for all cash (including foreign currencies) and cheques, which have to be deposited to bank before 15:00pm every day. 
负责将收入的所有现金（包括外币）和转帐票据在当天下午三时前送存银行，不得积压。


Prepare cashier small changes daily and on a timely basis.
负责及时地给收银员每天兑换零钱。


All cash, cheques and foreign currencies have to be kept in a safe deposit box before banked in.
现金收入、转帐票据和兑换的外币在送交银行之前，存放在保险箱内。


Collect cash and cheques for rental, deposit, penalty, indemnity, etc. which directly pay to General Cashier. Issue the official receipts to all payers as well.负责收取租金、押金、罚款、赔款等在总出纳直接收取的现金和支票。向交款人开具正式收据

All cash payment vouchers, IOUs, and cash float application forms must comply with payment procedure with proper and completed voucher, approval, and accurate amount. Payment will be rejected for any payment requirement which not fulfill financial policies or requirement. “Paid” chop needs to be made on payment vouchers and supporting documents upon payment made.
对办理现金报销的单据、借款申请、备用金申请，必须遵照付款程序具备完整支持凭证，经审批，金额准确。凡手续不完备或不合规定的单据，一律拒绝付款。总出纳付款后，付款单及支持文件凭证必须即时盖上“付讫”章，以免重复付款。


Prepare and make daily bank deposits, daily banking summaries and money received by back office on timely and accurate basis.
制作每天银行存款、每日银行汇总报表以及收取后台部门交来的各种款项。做到及时准确。
