1. Under the direction and supervision of Restaurants Manager, lead associates of the outlet by working hand in hand with them to provide food and beverage services and products per standard set by the management to guests in an independent manner to exceed budget set for the outlet.

在餐饮经理的指导下，带领酒水部同事，按照马可孛罗酒店的标准操作程序为客人提供优质酒水服务及产品，并完成酒店的预算目标.

2. Work with the associates in every endeavor to achieve and exceed the food and beverage revenue budget within costs and expenses limit.
与同事一起努力，在合理的成本范围内完成酒水的预算收益。

3.Direct, supervise, roster and discipline the outlet associates to work together in accordance to the hotel’ s policy and standard procedures to service the guests to their maximum satisfaction.监督管理员工的考勤及纪律，与同事一起按照酒店的政策和程序为客人提供优质的服务，让客人获得最大的满意度4. Control the food and beverage quality and quantity of the outlet in accordance to the hotel standard.按照酒店的标准和预算政策积极遵守食品和酒水的质量和数量的控制5. Maintain the cleanliness of the outlet and ensure wear and tear being serviced and updated at all the times.保持经营区域的清洁卫生，确保经营区域的维护保养随时都能执行6. Recruit outlet associates per operational needs within the set budget, and plan and personally conduct frequent training to associates to ensure maximum and constant progress in associates’ job knowledge and working skills and loyalty to the hotel.积极参加各项培训计划并定期对酒吧服务生和餐厅员工进行培训, 确保团队的产品知识、工作技能、忠程度不断得到提升。7. Actively anticipate the outlet promotions by taking initiative to come up with suggestions, follow up per tasks assigned to ensure all promotions planned are conducted in a successful manner.积极跟进各种促销活动并提出建议，确保所有的促销计划能成功地得到执行。8. Lead the outlet associates by personally conduct sales activities by recommending food and beverages, suggesting alternative food and beverage options in the hotel, taking orders and etc. to maximize average checks.带领员工运用各种推销技能，为客人点单，推荐酒水或者饮料，提出选择建议等，最大程度提高顾客人均消费额。9. Monitor closely and control the outlet’s food and beverage costs, expenses, staffing, in most effective manner.积极的控制餐饮成本，费用及人力成本以达到最优化10.Complete other duties as assigned.完成其它指派的工作
