Follow up guest needs in a professional, timely and reasonable way. Centralized Guest Response area and are updated in all necessary Guest History databases.

专业、及时、合理地跟进客人的需求。负责保证有关客人或运营事宜都反馈至客人意见中心区，并记入客人历史数据库；

Maintain PMS System, ensure all the bookings, rates and market codes are up to date, ensure all accounts are in profile track, and ensure proper connection between CRS and PMS.
维护酒店信息系统，保证所有预定,价格和市场代码的更新，保证所有的客户信息正确记录，酒店和中央预定系统连接顺畅；
Understand and be able to answer all questions about rates, room categories and seasonality
明白并有能力的回答所有关于价格，房间，房型和季节性问题；
Pro-actively try to cross-sell (F&B, Spa, etc.) and up-sell room types
积极主动尝试交叉销售（餐饮，娱乐等）和客房升级销售的房间类型；
Effectively communicates, coordinates and cooperates with Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering and .IT etc.
与餐饮部，客房部，工程部，IT等进行有效的沟通；
Inputs information in to Fidelio regarding guests, ensuring accuracy and that all details are completed and that the information can be clearly understood by other team members.
将顾客信息准确录入酒店管理系统，确保团队成员信息共享；
Transfers all internal and external guest calls to the appropriate party correctly, with minimal delay.
及时准确的为酒店内外宾客转接电话；
Daily check on morning calls made and reminds calls are given; ensure the wakeup call standard is practice at all time.
确保每天按照标准做叫醒电话；
Be able to clearly communicate information to guests or colleagues
能清晰地表达对同事或客人所要的信息。
