工作职责：
1、负责各种形式的宴会、会议的接待和商谈，并安排和落实。
2、根据宴会预订的详细记录，编制和填写客情预报表及宴会活动通知单，并分别送至有关部门和各餐饮营业点。
3、认真接受营销部下发的团队接待通知单，同时根据通知单上的信息，详细填写客情预报表并发送至有关部门和营业点。
4、建立宴会预订档案，做好贵宾、大型活动档案的管理工作；协助部门经理制定大型活动计划，并制定客户回访计划，按计划进行定时回访客户，对客人的意见和建议，及时汇集成册上报。
5、熟悉熟客、大客户的个人喜好，能准确给与建议；掌握酒店各种活动的详细信息，准确回应客人电话咨询，做好酒店窗口的良好形象。
6、熟记酒店部门、领导、协议单位的电话，并能准确报出联系人的姓及职务，负责协调部门内各个岗点，力争团结、高效。
任职要求 ：
1、身体健康，仪表端庄，年龄20-35岁。
2、有相关工作经验者优先，电脑操作良好。
3、高中或中专学历及以上。
4、有良好的沟通能力，善于与人交流。
语言能力：中国普通话-精通计算机能力：精通年龄要求：20-35岁
