Conducts sales calls and activities for the events (include weddings, social event, corporate evnet and corporate group event) to generate event leads in order to achieve individual and team sales goals. Also participates in events sales related initiatives and develops strategies to maximize business opportunities, thereby contributing to the overall local event revenues.

进行日常销售拜访及跟进宴会活动（包括婚礼，私人宴会，公司客户，公司团队活动）达到个人和团队的销售目标。并参加制定本地销售活动的举措和发展战略，最大限度的挖掘商业机会，从而促进本地生意的整体收入;

Handles and manages all aspects of planning and coordination for confirmed groups and events in all market segments. He/she is responsible for working closely with the organizers to plan and orchestrate all group and event requirements prior to the event day.

Assists Director of Catering monthly forecast the achievable revenue
协助宴会销售总监每月预测宴会活动可完成的收入；

Monitors Function room block reduction and cut-off time监控多功能厅的预订和截止时间； Coordination the hotel activities and planning the related local event promotion安排酒店的活动和计划相关的本地活动促销； Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to Marketing budget.积极完成有助于市场营销预算的部门目标； Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production严格监督来自客户的收益和生意的产量； Responsible for sales activities to maintain a high level of sales exposure for the hotel to actively solicit event leads through sales calls, telemarketing or client entertainment通过销售拜访,电话拜访或宴请客户来维护与客户的关系； Maintains the active Catering Profile Database长期维护并更新宴会客户数据库； Entertain key accounts when required.招待重要客户；

Actively shares clients’ feedbacks or comments on operations and services with the events management team as well as the hotel’s senior management积极分享客户的反馈或评价，就运作及服务与酒店的管理层交流意见； Maintains an effective communication and cohesive working relationships with Sales & Marketing team, F&B and other operating departments of the hotel与市场销售部成员，餐饮部和酒店其他经营部门保持有效的沟通和凝聚力。

Establishes good working relationship with internal customers (other departments of the hotel) and external customers (clients, event contractors, suppliers)
