1.负责缺编人员的招聘，面试，入职，转正，离职。
2.负责员工住宿，衣物领取，员工宿舍管理。
3.负责酒店行政部办公室文稿的打印、发送，负责中心文件材料的领取。
4.负责保管登记和按规定发放公司办公用品。
5.负责办理各类文件的收发、登记、阅签、清退、整理、归档、保密工作。
6.负责处理本部门来往信件、传真的处理，及时上传下达，接听电话并做留言记录。
7.负责办公室的日常事务工作，做好本室的有关行政接待事务。
8.负责本部门人员的考勤和工资、福利事务。
9.负责本室会议的筹备、会议通知的拟发、下发工作，负责会议记录和文字材料的整理。
10.负责收集和撰写有关信息，及时向领导提供信息参考和建设意见。
11.负责办公室日常的安全与卫生，每天上班后认真清扫卫生、保持茶具洁净、定期擦洗办公室玻璃窗、保持窗台干净。下班前，仔细检查各类设备、设施的电源是否全部关闭，清理残留火种，倒尽烟灰缸和废纸篓，关闭窗户锁好门、谨防火灾和失盗事故。
12.做好公司管理费用支出、流水帐登记，并对费用做统计及收纳和保管。
13.管理好员工人事档案材料,建立、完善员工人事档案的管理，严格借档手续。
14.根据工作计划和目标责任指标，定期组织检查落实情况，及时向领导和其它部门反馈信息。
15.提请领导应尽快办理的有关工作。
16.完成领导临时交付的其他任务。
