1、 热爱本职工作，敬业，爱业，自觉遵守本店的各项规章制度。
2、 接听电话，答复住客咨询或要求。
3、 及时记录住房、查房、退房时间、送水、维修等情况，并与前厅校对报表、 房状。
4、 协助客人入住，当班员工应在楼梯口迎候客人，引领进房，简介房内设施（热水、空调、网线、电话等）。
5、 客房内各项物品卫生整洁、摆放整齐。严格按卫生防疫部门要求（一冲、二洗、三消毒、四保洁），对客房水杯、卫生洁具等进行消毒。及时补充客人所需的各类物品。
6、 负责工作钥匙的收发、保管，做好钥匙领用记录，严格执行借出和归还制度。
7、 了解客情，当班期间不定期楼面巡查，注意门、锁、会客情况，做好巡查记录。
8、 随时做好楼面（走廊、扶梯、外窗玻璃、窗槽等）的公共卫生，保持楼层整洁；
9、 做好设备报修工作。服务员首先到现场了解损坏情况，后报修。维修人员进入客房修理应有服务员在场。
10、做好设施的使用和日常保养。正确掌握各类电器的使用方法，并根据天气情况做好照明、空调等设备的开关和调节。
11.每天对辖区范围内的设备运转、电源开关、照明工具、地毯使用、墙壁清洁等情况进行了解，发现异常及时申报维护和修理。
12.负责客人遗留物品的登记、保管和上缴，不得私自扣留，违者严处。
13、工作人员夜间不得私自留宿他人，使用客房，发现者按挂牌价扣罚，并调离岗位。
14、做好交接班工作。交清钥匙，交清房态，交清交班记录。
15、认真听取宾客的意见，并将客人的信息及建议及时反馈给客房经理。
16.爱惜客栈财产，力行节约，按质按量的完成交办的各项事宜。努力学习业务知识，不断提高服务技能及服务水平
