岗位职责：
1.确保酒店财产，酒店客人及员工的生命和财产安全。
2.落实各项安全管理制度，经常性的进行安全检查。
3.负责保安部班组的日常管理工作。
4.向酒店管理层提出发现的事故隐患或火灾隐患并极力排除。
5.协助经理对保安人员进行业务培训，提高业务水平。
6.负责保安人员的日常管理，检查、评估队员的工作表现，对其进行考核和考勤。
7.对酒店内发生的各类交通事故进行调查与解决。
8.对安全隐患采取必要的措施，并将检查结果和整改措施报保安部经理。
9.发生紧急情况时，组织保安人员对现场进行控制。
10.检查酒店安全设施、器材的使用和保管情况，确保各种器材完好无损；熟练掌握各种消防设施。
11.安排岗位，分派工作，组织保安人员对酒店公共区域进行定时的巡逻检查。
岗位要求：
1.品貌端正，形象良好；
2.有酒店保安员2年或保安领班1年以上的工作经验者优先考虑；
3.良好的沟通与组织管理能力；
4.善于独立处理客人的投诉问题；
