1、全面负责前厅部各岗位的工作，督导其按序进行。
2、工作勤奋、平等待人、关心下属的生活，树立良好的管理人员形象。
3、了解酒店情况，确保本部门员工及时为客人提供准确、恰当的信息，推销酒店设施。
4、负责制定并实施部门培训计划，对新员工及在岗员工分别进行指导，力争提高部门整体素质。
5、每月做部门工作总结及下个月工作计划。
6、每月制作客房营业分析示意图，会议室使用示意图，上交总经理。
7、负责区域内的安全，消防工作，确保接待工作中的有关符合当地政府和公安机关的要求和标准。
8、检查部门人员的出勤情况，督导员工遵守酒店各项劳动纪律和规章制度，根据效率、责任、态度等对本部门员工予以评价。
9、督导本部门员工养成良好的工作习惯，保持其仪容仪表等符合标准，保持所属区域及设备干净整洁。
10、保持与房务中心、营销部、餐饮部、财务部良好的协调关系，及时把工作中出现的问题反馈给有关部门和有关上级。
11、定期对员工进行绩效评估，向总经理提出奖励建议。 12、严格执行房价权限规定，对房价和客帐的疑问及时与有关部门协调或请示上级。
13、与本部门主管保持密切的合作关系，确保各项信息和房态的准确性。控制房间流量，使房间保持最佳运作状态，经常了解宾客对酒店的意见和反映，不断完善工作程序，提高工作效率。
14、根据淡旺季，向总经理提出相应售房措施，调整售房状态。 15、及时将宾客意见反馈给总经理，并提出合理化建议。
16、及时完成总经理让交办的各项任务，并准确汇报。
