The incumbent in the position is responsible for managing the Corporate market which includes making regular calls to assigned accounts and agencies, developing new accounts, negotiating contracts and maintaining good working relations with actual clients in order to meet and exceed the targets set and the overall hotel budget.
At least 2 years of solid hotel sales experience, preferably from international deluxe hotel groups;
Customer, product and revenue focused;
Posses great skills in selling, communication and negotiation;
Be proactive, innovative yet flexible and result driven;
An excellent team player with good interpersonal skills;
Proficiency in Opera and MS software;
College degree in Hospitality or related principle;
Fluency in English and Chinese, written and spoken, knowledge of a 3rd language a definite advantage
