ROLE SUMMARY
The ability to ensure the kitchen daily operation of associate restaurant, assisting sous chef in the daily management as well. Takes pride in their work providing the highest quality of food.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
l Scheduling staff with Sous Chef.
协助副厨师长管理员工
l To ensure the good co-ordination of food orders.
保证与上级有良好的沟通
l To monitor the quality and quantity of all food items being served.
控制好产品的质量和数量
l To monitor correct quality and quantity of all foods received for kitchen.
控制好厨房收货的质量和数量
l To respect the Chef organization.
尊重厨师长运作方式
l To keep Sous Chef aware of all items of interest.
协助副厨师长了解所有工作项目
l To ensure that foods is not wasted.
保证未变质食物不被浪费
l To inspect all equipment continuously and keep well maintained.
时常检查所有设备并使其处于良好运营状态
l To ensure the food appearance is up to standard and maintain the quality of sanitation and cleanliness at all time.

l To build and maintain a strong and efficient team

Skill Requirements:
l Experience 1 years in a CDP role at a similar level
至少1年的厨师主管或相同职位的经验。
l Familiar with western meal or western dishes
熟知西餐的知识
l Passion about food and customer service

l Motivated by challenges, self-driven, positive and engaging attitude, bright personality and have sense of Humour.
