岗位职责：
在规划和执行战略方案，预算和绩效目标时，协助提供财务指导。
组织编制公司财务预算。
对成员酒店进行财务方面的运营指导。
制定将来月份及本年度剩余月份的业务分析预测。
对比成员酒店预算，编制月度实际业务情况报告，分析结果并向各成员酒店建议实现预算控制的具体措施。
提供月度财务情况汇总分析报告。
向运营部门分发财务经营状况和经营预测信息报告。
规范和审查成员酒店财务管理方法和规章。
分析集团总部及成员酒店财务和管理报表。
对内部及外部审计工作进行管理。
组织成员酒店财务系统的搭建，配合成员酒店业务系统搭建过程中财务部分的工作。
协调其它部门，分析财务及运营人员的培训需求，开发正式的培训计划并组织员工参加培训。
任职要求：
本科学历，具有财务管理、会计、金融等相关专业者优先考虑。
具有中级会计师或以上职称，注册会计师优先考虑。
具有3年以上财务负责人工作经验, 5年以上4星级及以上财务岗位工作经验，熟悉酒店财务管理模式。
熟练使用酒店各类业务及财务管理系统。
能适应出差。
