1. 负责贯彻落实上级党委有关文件和会议精神，推动公司各级党组织党建工作标准化，协助下属各党支部开展好日常党建工作。
2. 负责贯彻落实公司党风廉政建设规划和工作方案，调研分析党风廉政建设形势，监督检查各项工作的落实情况，并提出改进建议。
3. 负责起草公司党建/党风廉政工作计划、工作报告、总结及相关党建工作材料，撰写各类文书、规章制度、领导讲话、汇报材料等文稿。
4. 负责组织各类党建会议及活动，包括但不限于“三会一课”、主题党日、组织生活会等活动。
5. 结合党建年度工作考核目标，参与创建和推动党建品牌化建设工作和党风廉政建设。
6. 协同推进公司企业文化体系化建设，创建多样化的文化宣传活动，有效推动企业文化的落地。
7. 组织开展党员教育、管理和党员发展工作。
8. 完成上级领导交办的其它工作。
