工作职责：
1. 协助酒店总经理分管市场销售部、财务部的日常工作，制定相关部门的经营策略并有效监督实施，审核财务预算与成本控制，做好财务风险把控及内控制度维护，努力实现酒店总体经营目标。
2. 协助酒店总经理制定销售策略，把握最新销售信息，掌握市场动态；审定销售预算并依据其实施，以达到销售目标。
3. 审定酒店的内部财务制度方案，审定酒店的预算、更新改造和投资方案，审定并签订酒店的重要合同；检查各项财务制度的执行情况，杜绝漏洞；督促检查采购政策的执行情况，保证按程序有计划进行采购验收。
4. 持续关注行业动态，掌握行业信息，参与酒店各项重大经营活动项目的决策。
5. 维护酒店与社会各界的公共关系,树立酒店良好的品牌形象，开拓酒店的经营业务。
执行酒店的各项决议，完成酒店总经理分配的各项具体工作。
任职要求：
1. 专科及以上学历，中共党员优先考虑；
2. 具有5-10年高星级酒店工作经验，其中酒店经理级管理岗位经验不低于5年，具有市场销售或财务管理岗位工作经验者优先考虑。
