新疆尊茂鸿福酒店副总经理

一、岗位职责

1. 分管餐饮部、OTA等对客工作，指导、负责、组织和协调酒店接待的各类VIP和大型活动，代表酒店参加各类对外活动。

2. 协助总经理实现企业目标、完成经营指标和重大接待。

3. 协助总经理建立良好的公共关系，广泛听取和收集宾客的意见，处理投诉，不断改进工作，确保顾客满意度。

4. 协助战略方案，营销计划，预算和目标计划的制定与实施。

5. 按照酒店的标准提供服务与产品。

6. 深入营业部门，检查各项工作情况。

7. 定期向总经理汇报工作，认真贯彻执行酒店的各项决议。

8. 在总经理缺席时，承担必要的责任。使总经理了解在其缺席期间所发生的任何预料之外的事件。

9. 完成总经理交办的其他任务。

二、基本条件

1.坚决拥护中国共产党领导，坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，深刻领悟“两个确立”的决定性意义，增强“四个意识”，坚定“四个自信”，做到“两个维护”。

2.大学专科及以上学历（或同等水平），受过饭店管理专业培训，具有独立管理饭店的实践经验和独立管理企业的经历，中共党员优先考虑。

3.认同公司文化，身体健康，诚实守信，廉洁奉公，在过往工作中无不良记录。

三、任职要求

1.5-10年高层综合运营管理职位经验或一些先前的综合管理经验，或一些与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景。

2.热爱旅游、饭店服务业,有较强的服务意识,责任心、事业心强,处事公正，不谋私利。

3.具有丰富的经营管理知识，熟悉酒店管理业务的性质、特点，具有酒店管理所必须的财务、营销、人事及质量管理知识。

4.具有较强的计划、组织、协调、控制和决策能力。

5.身体健康、豁达、果断、有魄力、有较好的个人形象和良好的公共关系。

6.积极负责的工作态度及严谨的工作作风、保密意识强、乐于学习、乐于助人。
