（一）岗位职责
1. 参与制定并执行公司数字化转型战略，建立统一的IT运营标准及项目管理方法论；
2. 监督集团及成员单位（含管理酒店）信息技术标准的落地执行，确保技术体系与市场同步；
3. 统筹集团数字化转型项目实施，严格把控项目进度和数字化产品质量；
4. 负责集团总部、成员单位及酒店核心系统的全生命周期管理（包括日常运维、定期升级、技术更新等）；
5. 主导新筹开酒店的信息技术实施，确保符合集团标准并按时交付；
6. 评估业务部门新系统需求，提供定制化解决方案；
7. 构建并完善信息安全管理体系（含内部管控和外部沟通机制）；
8. 统筹集团及成员单位信息安全应急响应，直接处理重大安全事件；
9. 落实上级单位信息安全要求，保障酒店等业务系统安全运行；
10. 建立内外部服务商沟通平台，维护供应商合作关系；
11. 负责IT团队建设，组织实施专业技能培训与能力提升计划；
12. 严格执行公司意识形态工作相关规定；
13. 确保所有IT活动符合公司政策和行业规范。
（二）任职要求
1．大学本科及以上学历。
2．具有3年以上的相关工作经验，有酒店行业工作经验者优先考虑。
3．熟悉并了解酒店信息技术相关项目管理，PMP证书或IT管理类证书持有者优先。
4．要求为人正直，亲和力强，较强的中英文沟通能力。
