1、准时到岗，注意仪表仪容，参加班前会，接受当班管理人员的任务分配。

2、按照餐厅服务工作规程和质量要求，做好餐前准备、餐间服务和餐后结束工作。

3、了解当天宴席预订情况，掌握所负责厅房客人的用餐要求，提供准确、周到地服务。

4、服从领班安排，按照工作程序与标准做好各项开餐准备工作，打扫并保持餐厅环境整洁，确保餐具、布草清洁完好，备齐各种物料用具；菜单、酒水单和开餐所需的一切餐具。

5、掌握当天菜肴及酒水供应情况，主动介绍和推销各种菜肴和酒水。

6、开餐后，按服务标准和流程，为客人点菜、上菜、酒水服务、结帐、准确了解每日供应菜式，与传菜员密切配合，提供规范服务。

7、关注客人，主动征询客人对菜肴和服务的意见，能够及时应对突发事件并及时向餐厅主管汇报。
Pay close attention to the guests, consult the guests on their own initiative about the dishes and services, and be able to respond to emergencies in time and report to the restaurant supervisor in time.
8、爱护餐厅设备财产和餐具物料，做好清洁保养工作。
