JOB DESCRIPTION:

岗位描述:

1.负责和规划部门所有的日常工作计划,确保运行的正常。

To take complete ownership and accountability of all daily planning and preparation within the department to ensure operational excellence.

2.根据安排出席参加每日例会。

Attends & participates in daily briefings as scheduled.

3.执行纪律符合公司程序

Carry out disciplinary actions in line with company procedures

4.在前厅部日常工作中培养员工贯彻凯宾斯基饭店的核心价值。

Direct front office operations such as checking in, checking out and providing guest assistance whilst ensuring compliance with all front office policies, procedures, standards and satisfaction of guests' needs.

5.根据工作效率的最大化控制分部的班表分配。

Controlling of the duty roster for sub departments guaranteeing the quality as well as considering the highest personnel cost efficiency.

6.在预算范围内和入住率的差异下控制人工成本来实现产量最大化。

Oversee all labor cost controls within budget limits and occupancy variances to maximize productivity

7.参与预算计划并负责损益。

Involve in budget preparations and responsible for Profit & Loss.

8.按照预算方针制定前厅部年度预算和人员编制。

Prepares the annual budget and manning guide and manages the Front Office Department within budgetary guidelines.

9.掌握所有紧急状态程序,酒店促销活动,酒店产品知识,VIP到店情况,当日特别活动,并将其传递给直接下属,以便他们能回答客人的要求和问题。

Keeps abreast of all emergency procedures, hotel promotions, product knowledge, VIP arrivals, upcoming events and brief direct subordinates accordingly so that all front office staff are able to answer guest requests and questions.

10.按照凯宾斯基运作标准,与各个部门(例如:行政办公室,客房部,销售部,工程部及保安部等)通力合作,保证宾客入住期间得到无微不至的关怀。.

Coordinate front office duties with various departments such as Executive Office, Housekeeping, Sales and Marketing, Engineering and Security to ensure that all guests are given friendly and caring service from their arrival until their departure according to Kempinski Standards.

11.在客人和员工之间保持可见度,处理客人投诉采取正确的行动。

Maintain high visibility with guests and employees, handle customers’ complaints and take corrective action.

12.监督协调所有员工的工作,激励他们带来优异表现,随时保持良好的仪容仪表。

Coordinates and monitors the work of all Front Office employee, motivates them to bring about excellent performance and verifies that they are well groomed at all times.

13.引导员工为客人提供需求,观察客人交流并经常与员工交流,确保客人的满意度。

Anticipates the needs of guest and direct the staff in complying with those needs. Observe guest reactions and confer frequently with staff t ensure guest satisfaction.

14.审批前厅部所有分部的培训计划并监督执行,确保培训的有效性。

Approve training plan of all Front Office sub departments and follow up to ensure compliance and efficiency of training activities.

15.根据酒店政策为员工作评估。

Writes and conducts assigned employee TTTT in accordance with established hotel policies.

16.选拔,培训,发展,计划和管理直接和间接下属的工作表现,以保持前厅部的有效运行。

Selects, trains, develops and manages the performance of direct and indirect subordinates to ensure the efficient running of front office operations.

17.完成一系列行政任务,例如:主持召开会议,书写报告及备忘录,以及其它相关任务。

Accomplish a set of administrative duties such as leading and attending meeting, writing reports and memos and other specific duties related to the job function.
