Job Description
职位概述
Responsible in assisting the Restaurant Manager in operating a smooth daily restaurant operation. Conduct of shift changes and adhere to opening and closing procedure. Ensure customer focused, service delivery and  effective  staff  supervision.  Ensure  practised  are  compliance  with  standards  of  service  and  operating procedures. Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.

.Supervise cash handling and banking procedures.
 监督现金的处理和存放程序。
.Prepare daily banking, cash flow reports and sale report.
 编制每日存款和流动资金报告。
.Deal with irregular payments.
 处理异常的付款情况。
.Supervise outlet functions，Supervise outlet service.
 监督各项职能，监督餐厅的服务。
. Ensure standards of guest services as per standard  guideline.
 监督客用设施和服务的标准。 
.Seek guest feedback for improvement.
 寻求客人的反馈意见并进行改进。
.Collaborate with Restaurant Manager to develop activities  to meet  the service  behaviour and improving guest  relationship  continuously. 
 与餐厅经理协作共同开发达到服务行为标准和持续改善宾客关系体验的各类活动。

Required Qualification
任职要求
.Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related  field. 
 酒店管理，餐饮或相关专业的大专学历。
.2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of  education and experience.  
 2年相关工作经历，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
.Supervisory experience preferred. 
 具管理经验者优先考虑。
