-   Arrange the daily work of purchasing agents and superintend them obeying the regulations of our hotel and purchasing department, evaluate their behavior regularly
    组织安排和督促检查采购员的日常工作及执行酒店规章制度及采购部工作制的情况，并对其工作定期作出评定
-   Follow the issue about quotation, selection and indention in cooperation with each department and improve our work by hearing opinions frequently

-   Control the quality of goods strictly in cooperation with receiving department and be responsible for exchanging issue in the case of disqualification

-   Examine the trademark, over wrapping and license number of food and beverage to prevent counterfeit and shoddy products, engage for food sanitation

-   Preserve with market survey for information, open up new products and new sources of supply. Provide and carry out the procedure to reduce costs

-   Collect and manage the purchasing data and statistics

-   Arrange the daily purchasing cars and other car requisition plan

-   Plan the cars in maintenance regularly and keep them in order
     安排车辆定期维修，保养计划，并监督执行
-   Inspect the cars regularly, and ensure the cars operating normally and oil condition reasonably
