Ensuring that guests are transported from the hotel in a safe, timely and efficient manner, ensuring prompt service.

为客人提供及时安全的接送,确保及时的服务。


1.         Holder of A1 driving license

持有A1驾照

2.         Greets customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome . Responds to inquires with accurate information regarding hours of outlet operation , directions to local attractions , or meeting rooms , car rentals and airline shuttle service , etc ,according to individual needs.

诚挚友好的问候客人。快速精准的回答和应对客人提出的问题及要求,其中包括各消费场所的营运时间,景区景点指南,租车服务及机场接送服务等。

3.         Creating a warm and welcoming arrival for guests, ensuring that guests are transported to the hotel in a safe and efficient manner.

为顾客提供热情周到的接待,确保客人安全迅速的到达酒店。

4.         Ensures that all guests are transported to and from the hotel in clean, well maintained and road worthy vehicles that are a reflection of the hotel, and that they are provided with service that is friendly, courteous and informative manner.

提供礼貌友好的服务,保持酒店清洁,交通便利,这些都是酒店品质的反映。

5.         Ensuring consistency of standards throughout the operation by adhering to Hilton brand standards.遵循希尔顿品牌标准。

6.         Takes an active role in the team by being kind, cooperative, helpful and never forgetting the person behind the guest.

积极的工作,友好的为客人提供服务。

7.         Actively takes part in training the team, supporting and leading formal training sessions and                 focusing on the job training to ensure that all team members are of the same standard. Also attends training where and when required.

积极参加所需的各种培训,提高工作能力。

8.         Transporting guests to the hotel in a safe, responsible and courteous manner, ensuring the guests overall comfort, and safety when traveling. During the transport, to make conversation and offer information to the guest that creates a relaxing and informative experience.

将客人安全的送至酒店,确保客人的舒适。行程中,提供一些信息或做简短的对话,让客人觉得轻松。

9.         Greets guests at the Airport upon arrival, assisting them in carrying their luggage and directing them to the hotel transportation.

向到达的客人问候,帮助他们搬运行李,将他们送至酒店提供的运送车辆处。

10.         To drive in a safe and responsible manner, respecting the road rules of China and the safety concerns of the guest. To take all possible precautions and measures to avoid accidents or incidents where delays or injury could occur.

安全驾驶,遵守交通法规。采取所有可能的措施避免意外事件,晚点或者受伤的发生。

11.     To attempt where possible to avoid poor traffic conditions by taking alternative routes or advising the guest the best suitable time to depart the hotel in order to reach their destination at the desired time.

向客人提供其他可能的路径以避免交通阻塞,提醒客人何时该从酒店出发才能在规定的时间到达目的地。

12.     Handles complaints promptly and efficiently, taking the necessary action, and informing the Duty Manager or Guest Relations Manager for follow up, where appropriate. Follows up with all guests to ensure satisfaction with problem resolution.

采取必要行动,及时有效的处理顾客的不满,适当的时候告知值班经理或宾客关系经理。回访客人,确保客人对解决方法满意。

13.     Ensures a prompt departure for all guests by ensuring that all their luggage is collected and placed in the hotel car promptly, or offered assistance when in the lobby. Also to ensure that all guests are invited back and farewelled.

确保客人所有的行李都被收齐并及时运送,如有需要,在大厅提供帮助。同时欢迎他们再次光临。

14.     Ensures that guests are transported from the hotel in a prompt and efficient manner, ensuring that pick-up and drop-off times are strictly kept to and to ensure that the guest arrive at their destination on time and not-rushed.

确保及时运送客人,严格遵守时间表,使客人按时到达目的地。

15.     Takes all care when driving to avoid any damage that may occur in the course of daily activities, this also includes driving in a safe and responsible manner, ensuring to obey the road rules and drive courteously at all times.

小心驾驶,礼貌驾驶,遵守交通法规,避免一切可能发生的灾祸。

16.     The management reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary at any point of time during her / his employment.
