人力资源总监将直接向物业总经理汇报，与区域高级人力资源总监保持虚线（职能）的汇报关系，并作为物业执行委员会的重要成员。
作为人力资源部门的成员，他/她为指定物业提供高水平的人力资源综合知识与专业能力。他/她需负责人才招聘、继任计划/员工规划、绩效管理与发展工作，高效运用技术，并通过辅导和培养他人，以最有效的方式推动并实现业务目标。他/她通常具有较强的独立工作能力，制定流程以实现既定目标，同时与整体业务战略保持一致。
此外，他/她还采用与物业和品牌战略相一致的人力资源商业计划，提供人力资源服务以助力企业取得成功。
The Director of Human Resources will report directly to the property General Manager, with a dotted-line (functional) reporting relationship to the Regional Senior Director of Human Resources and will be an integral member of the property executive committee.
As a member of the Human Resources organization, he/she contributes a high level of human resource generalist knowledge and expertise for a designated property.  He/she will be accountable for talent acquisition, succession/workforce planning, performance management and development for property employees, using technology efficiently, and coaching/developing others to help influence and execute business objectives in the most efficient manner.  He/she generally works with considerable independence, developing processes to accomplish objectives in alignment with broader business objectives.  
Additionally, he/she utilizes a Human Resource Business Plan aligned with property and brand strategies to deliver HR services that enable business success.
