岗位职责
1.To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following MCIL Products & Services Standards.
保证提供热情，专业，高效高质的服务；做到符合酒店的规章制度和MCIL的产品服务标准。
2. To have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned Place of Work to the standard set.
具有丰富的工作知识和管理能力，在工作区域根据标准准确地完成工作职责和任务及起表率作用。
3.To assist the Asst. Rest. Manager of the assigned Restaurant to achieve or surpass financial goals set in both the Restaurant budget and forecast through on-going motivation and training of staff members reporting to you; to ensure their comprehension of the clearly established service standards/procedures;
将协助餐厅副经理完成或超越由餐厅预算与对正在进行的经营活动的预测而制定出的营业目标，培训员工向你报告；确保他们清楚的理解已有的服务标准/程序；
 
任职资格
1.大堂吧领班2年以上工作经验，有同岗位工作经验优先考虑
2.形象气质佳，具备较强的沟通能力，英语听说能力良好
