1.全面负责SPA/康体中心的正常运营；
Responsible for the operation of the Fitness Center and Spa;
2.维护康体中心设备；
Keep equipment in good condition;
3.协助处理水疗中心整个区域有可能发生的运营需要；
Assist in any area of the spa as may be required due to operational needs;
4.负责管理部门所有相关材料和资产的货物、请购、库存、储存和成本有效使用的能力, 并按标准确保操作的顺利进行；
The ability to be responsible for the administration of goods, requisitions, inventories, storage and cost effective usage of all department related materials and assets, according to Standards to ensure smooth operation;
5.管理员工培训和发展；
Implement staff training and development;
6.给予所管辖的员工以不断的建议和支持；
Provide ongoing advice, support and certification to staff under your supervision;
7.确保客人需求和合理要求被满足；
Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met;
8.通过记录客人的评论并以此为实践，不断地寻找机会发展对客服务。
