 岗位职责
Provides administrative support to the Department.

Provides the appropriate level of professional, courteous and caring service to other Associates (internal customers) and other visitors to the division.

Develops and maintains active contacts with the press and key media people, and evaluates all media solicitations and exposures.
开发并维持与媒体及其工作人员的积极联系，评估所有媒体要约和宣传
Assists in monitoring all current attitudes and public statements concerning the hotel in foreign and local media.
协助监测所有当前国外和本地公众对酒店的态度和评述
Assists in ensuring all hotel advertising and collateral (local Food and Beverage, recruitment, etc.) are of consistent high standards, and that they comply with brand standards.
协助确保所有酒店广告和材料（本地餐饮和招聘等）标准一致并且符合品牌标准
Maintains and updates the hotel’s photographs and press releases library.
维持并更新酒店图片和新闻报道库
Maintains inventory of hotel collaterals including rack brochures, fact sheets, conference and incentive guides.
维持酒店材料总量，包括宣传手册、情况说明书、会奖手册等
Updates press list.
更新媒体列表
Compiles press kits.
编辑针对媒体的资料库
Prepares the monthly PR Report.
准备月度市场传讯部报告
Tracks and collates collaterals produced for the month
跟踪比较本月酒店材料
Works with other departments to assess and support their internal and external communications needs.
与其他部门合作，评估并支持其内外宣传需要
Maintains systematic records of press clips of hotel’s outlets and departments.
保持酒店所有设施和部门持续系统的新闻剪报
Develops good community contacts among government, businesses, associations, etc. and supports ad-hoc events and or projects in the community.
与政府部门、商业机构、各种团体等发展良好关系，协助把握活动和合作项目的特别机会
Works closely with suppliers concerning printed and promotional matters.
与促销印刷品提供商紧密合作
Processes and follows-up on invoices and payments.
