Job Summary:
To establish, maintain and assure the smooth operation of the spa front desk, reservations, guest escort and day to day operations of the Spa. Systems and direction are focused on 5 Star guest service, efficient cost control and suggestive selling techniques. Toplanning and maintain the training for receptionist and therapist.

建立、维护和保证安全稳定的SPA 前台日常运行,水疗前台日常预定及客人需求，运作每天正常。系统化的方向及注重五星级的宾客服务,有效的成本控制和推销技巧，理疗师与前台日常培训安排及技术监督。

Requirements:
1. College Degree is preferred.
2. With Minimum two years supervisory/management experience.
3. Ability to maximize revenue by efficient booking & customer service procedures
4. Ability to communicate in a clear, precise, positive and professional manner
5. Ability to work well under pressure
6. Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments, delegate and follow‐up appropriately
7. Ability to lead and direct staff 
8. Analytical competency for assessing and setting financial goals and standards
9. Solution oriented ,Positive, energetic, and professional demeanorComputer literate and proficient in Word, Excel etc.
