Job Summary:
1.       Responsible in achieving Catering and Banquet sales objectives and revenue goals within areas of responsibility.
2.       Finalizing all details relating to catering functions from concept stage until final billing.
3.       To ensure delivery of the highest standards of service and coordinates all other details with relevant departments.
4.       Communicating all function details by way of event order, maintaining a follow-up system to ensure repeat clients.

Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.       Skills and knowledge of all tasks within the area of responsibility.
2.       Knowledge and experience in Internet and other major computer programs.
3.       Ability to use Sales and Front Office computer systems.
