Job Description

岗位职责：

1、Responsible for the management and operation of Elba Kitchen;

负责欧尔巴厨房的管理和运作；

2、To assist with the planning of menus and food promotions together with

the Asst. Executive Sous Chef and Executive Sous Chef;

确保展开并推广优秀的、带有特色的食品节、食品活动；

3、Work with the team members to improve guest and employee satisfaction

while maintaining the operating budget;

与团队合作，在保持运营预算的同时提高客人和员工的满意度；

4、Ensure that hygiene and food standards are met;

确保达到卫生和食品标准；

5、Develop and train teams to improve performance.

发展和培训团队以提高业绩。

Job Requirements

岗位要求：

1、At least 5 years kitchen management and 3 years chef experience;

至少有5年以上五星酒店厨房管理工作经验并有3年厨师长经历；

2、Good knowledge of Western cuisine, good at Italian cuisine;

具备良好的西餐烹饪知识，擅长意大利菜系烹饪；

3、Strong communication and coordination ability, and have a certain ability

to adapt;

较强的沟通协调能力, 同时具备一定的适应能力；

4、Master training skills and leadership skills

掌握培训技巧及领导技能。
