岗位职责：此岗位目前招宴会销售经理
1. Implements all sales action plans related to the respective market (by segment and geographical  locations) as outlined in the Marketing plan.依照销售计划根据各自的市场执行相应的销售活动。
2.  Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to the marketing budget.积极地参与完成部门销售任务，为整个部门达到销售预算做出贡献。
3.  Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production for Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. accounts.紧密的跟进所负责的客户的收入产量，以及与公司商务、散客、会务相关的生意。
4. Attends major travel functions and promotional events (i.e. trade shows) and promotes sales (rooms, catering, and other facilities and services) for the hotel.参与主要的旅行社和会议的活动并促进酒店销售(房间，宴会，服务以及其他设施)。
5.  Plans sales trips, under the direct approval of Director of Sales to major market areas, calling on accounts within the specific market areas. Reports to the Senior Sales Manager / Director of Sales on potential markets needing coverage.在销售总监的直接批准下对主要市场的地区制定销售拜访计划，对一些特别地区的市场进行电话销售，向销售总监汇报潜在市场客户的需求范围。
6. Work together and close communication with Operation Team to keeps updated with client relationships and overall business goals through regular entertainment and some activation.与客户服务团队紧密沟通并协同工作，通过定期的酒店招待、宴请及举办主题活动来全面地保持好客户关系。
7. Take responsibility to conduct hotel inspection for all walk in, meeting group and contracted clients and plan next step for future follow .负责所有散客、团队以及协议客户参观酒店并制定后期跟进计划。
8. To negotiate with accounts on banquet, outside catering events and coordinate with Operation Department  and follow-up revisions.与客户洽谈所有相关宴会、会议、户外活动等，并签定协议。与客户服务团队配合跟进具体在店活动。
