1.   Responsible for following and understanding all Kempinski Policies & Procedures.

5.   Responsible for ensuring all payments are made accurately, on time, and with the proper authorization and back-up.

6.   Responsible for posting invoices and preparing the weekly payment run.

7.   Responsible for ensuring that all early payment discounts are taken.

8.   Responsible for creating and updating vendor list.

9.   Responsible for monthly reconciliations of A/P Trade account and designated month end journal entries.

10.   Responsible for preparing the accrual for invoices received after closing and for goods and services not yet invoiced.

11.   Responsible for maintaining an organized filing system for open and paid invoices.
        负责维护支付发票的文件管理系统
12.   Responsible for performing any additional duties assigned by Management and assisting in other areas of Accounting as needed.

13.   Responsible for communicating with supervisor on any discrepancies in invoices or other potential problems.
        负责与上司沟通并对存在差异的票据进行调整
14.   Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.
