To receive all hotel supplies, including food and beverage and ensure they are forwarded to their final delivery point

To check and see that goods are received in proper and acceptable conditions.

To check both the quality and quantity goods delivered by the suppliers.

To compare all deliveries with purchase order.
验收时要根据采购申请单仔细核对物品.
To check both the production date and shelf-life, import goods must have Chinese label
检查物品的生产日期和到期时间，进口物品必须贴有中文标签。
Kitchen managers/supervisor or chef must be present to physically check all vegetable, meat & fruit, dry and wet food together with Receiving. 
厨房经理/主管或者厨师长应到收货点与收货部员工一起检查验收所有的蔬菜，肉类，水果，脱水和新鲜食品等。
Emergency Purchasing Request should be firstly approved by the Executive Chef, verified by DOF, and then it will be sent to Purchasing Dept for ordering. 
紧急采购申请应首先由行政总厨批准，然后由财务总监批准，再送至采购部下单。 
If the quality of the goods do not meet up to the standard required by the Hotel, it will be rejected and the Receiving Officer must inform the Purchasing Officer   immediately.
如果货品没有达到酒店标准将被退回，收货部员工应立即通知采购部
Such rejected food items must be replaced on the same day. If not, the   receiving Officer must inform user Dept immediately, and it will be cancelled and a new requisition should be raised.
被退回的食品应在当天换回，如果不能，收货部员工应立即通知使用部门，要重新 
下单采购。
If there is no Purchasing Requisition or Market List or goods are damaged or wrong delivered, they will be returned to supplier.
任何没有确认的采购申请单和市场采购单，或者破损的货品，或者送错的货品都将被退回给供应商。
When all invoices are recorded for the day, the food receiving report is added and totalled, all documents are forwarded to cost control for checking and processing. 
一天所有的单据都记录好后,食品收货验收单必须汇总出来,并交到成本部核对和处理.
To ensure an efficient filing system of all outstanding purchases orders.
所有的采购申请单必须整理成档,妥善保存.
To initiate meat tags and forward it together with the meat to the storeroom.
收到肉类时,连同肉牌卡一起及时送入冻库.
