RESPONSIBILITIES职责:
Must know outlet service manual, hotel rules & regulations and hotel emergency procedure.

To have full understanding of the menu preparation to ensure good salesmanship.
殷勤友好的对待客人和同事。
To present menu to guests and take beverage order if necessary.

To recommend menu items and beverage if necessary.

To understand the coordination between the kitchen and the restaurant.

To assist guests with chairs when arriving and leaving.
