  ·         Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times. 

保证所有的员工时刻提供客人所期望的,并且符合我们酒店承诺的服务。

·         Provides excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate. 

保证所有的员工对我们酒店其他部门的员工同样提供高品质的服务。

·         Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

以礼貌高效的服务处理来自酒店外部的客人和我们酒店的客人的投诉,同时对问题的解决要跟进,并且询问客人的满意度。

·         Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

 与同事保证良好的关系。

·         Assists to improve productivity levels and the need to prudently manage utility/payroll costs within acceptable guidelines.

利用工作轮换,丰富员工的工作内容等方法来提高工作效率和积极性。为客人提供最高品质的服务为酒店吸引更多的客人。

·         Ensures new technology and equipment are embraced, improving productivity whilst taking work out of the system

·         Assists to ensure that breakages are administered so as to provide constant feedback to the operation as a tool to reduce breakages and losses.

确保对破损进行高效管理,向运作部门提供不断的反馈,作为减少破损及丢失的工具。

·         Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented.

全面落实酒店餐饮部的各项标准。

·         Responds to the results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.

积极响应客人的合理建议,并尽快改善。

·         Ensures that Stewarding employees work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of “We work through Teams”.

保证管事部的员工始终会以主动灵活的工作方式与其他部门的员工共事。时刻铭记我们的工作理念是“我们群策群力”。

·         Ensures all F&B equipment and other facilities in the Outlet kitchen are maintained according to the Departmental Operations Manual requirements. 

保证按照操作手册使用餐饮部内的所有仪器。

·         Constantly strives to satisfy the needs of the Outlet by providing the necessary operating equipment. 

努力满足每个餐厅的需求。

·         Strictly adheres to the par stocks for all operating equipment, supplies, inventoried items, and to ensure that the outlet is adequately equipped.

严格控制库存,和固定设施的使用。并且确保所有的厨房都设施完善。

·         Maintains the cleanliness of the Outlet kitchens and equipment. 

保养和清理每个厨房及厨房内的设施。

·         Assists to ensure that the back-of-house areas are kept clean and organized. 

保证餐饮部后场的干净有序。

·         Ensures garbage are disposed of properly and ensuring that paper towel dispensers and soap dispensers are filled daily.

确保垃圾被及时清理,并确保每天放好卷纸及补满皂液盒。

·         Reports any difficulty or problem to Stewarding Manager/ Assistant Manager for solution or follow-up actions.

向管事部经理/副理报告所有困难或问题,以进行解决和跟办。

·         Ensures proper handling of the automatic dishwashing machine that cleans and washes plates, cups, saucers, silverware, glasses and other dishes. 

确保正确操作清洗餐盘、杯子、碟子、银器等的自动洗碗机。

·         Ensures tableware, chinaware, glassware, and silverware are washed and cleaned as per the established procedures.

确保根据所设标准洗净餐具、瓷器、玻璃器皿及银器。

·         Conducts training to improve employees’ knowledge and skills.

给员工安排培训提高他们的专业知识和技能。 

·         Assists in conducting monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.

协助进行每月对运营设备及营业用品的盘点。

·         Handles and reports “Lost and Found” items according to the Hotel “Lost and Found” procedures.

根据酒店的“失物招领”处理程序处理所有“失物招领”物品。

·         Assists to ensure that each outlet is supplied with clean and 协助保证为每个餐厅提供洁净干燥的设施。

·         Assists to ensure that the food production areas are supplied with clean and dry kitchen utensils.

·         Assists to supervise night cleaning contractors in kitchen and back-of-house food and beverage areas.

·         Assists to ensure that back-of-house cleaning schedules and garbage runs are strictly adhered to and areas are cleaned according to established standards. 

确保所有的清理工作严格遵守后场清理条例和垃圾处理规定。

·         Assists to prepare and issue repair and maintenance job orders to ensure the proper maintenance of the outlet.

确保按照部门营运手册的要求保养好厨房的餐饮设备及其它设施。

·         Oversees the punctuality and appearance of all Food and Beverage employees, making sure that they wear the correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, according to the hotel and department’s grooming standards.

监督所有餐务部员工的出勤,仪表,保证所有人的着装,个人形象,个人卫生符合部门和酒店的要求。

·         Maximizes the effectiveness of employees by developing each of their skills and abilities through the appropriate training, coaching, and/or mentoring.

通过适当的培训,增强我们员工的技能,提高厨房的工作效率。

·         Encourages employees to be creative and innovative, challenging and recognizing them for their contribution to the success of the operation.

激励员工的创新意识,并且对他们的创新和对部门的贡献给予肯定。

·         Ensures that all employees have a complete understanding 保证所有的员工熟悉我们的员工守则和规定。

·         Ensures that employees follow all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to fire and hazard safety, and security.

保证所有的员工遵守酒店有关于火灾,危险物品的使用和安全方面的规定。

·         To feedback the results of the Employee Opinion Survey and ensure that the relevant changes are implemented.

了解员工意见调查的结果,对合理要求作出相应的调整。

·         Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the hotel's policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety.

熟悉并严格遵守员工手册中的规章制度,及酒店关于防火、卫生、健康和安全的制度。

·         Responds to changes in the Food and Beverage function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.

根据酒店、行业和公司的指引,回应需求、改变,执行任何合理的任务及额外职责。

·         Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.

根据安排出席酒店和部门的培训以提高技能和知识。

·         Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities 严格执行额外的合理的任务和职责。

·         To distribute of all cleaned operating equipment, in good 保证营运区域设备干净。
